About me

Finding strength. Building healthy habits.

My own journey includes rebuilding after pregnancy, but this space is for women and men at every stage of life who want to move well, feel stronger, and create habits that last.

Why I started

Strength that fits real life.

Pregnancy and motherhood changed my time, my energy, and the way I related to my body. Rebuilding taught me that progress does not need to look dramatic to be meaningful.

Those lessons reach far beyond pregnancy. Consistent movement, practical nourishment, and small promises kept over time can help anyone build a stronger, healthier foundation.

This space is for women returning to movement before or after pregnancy, women who have not experienced pregnancy, and men who want a realistic approach to strength and lasting healthy habits—without pressure, perfection, or quick fixes.

I am not a qualified coach (yet). What I share comes from years of personal experimentation, learning, and lived experience with strength, movement, nutrition, and healthy routines. It is general information, not medical or clinical advice. Pain, injury, pregnancy-related concerns, nutrition concerns, or other health issues should be discussed with an appropriately qualified doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian, or healthcare professional.
